What You'll do:

• Define comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business and technical specifications;
• Design and construct detailed test scenarios and scripts for functional and non-functional testing;
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate software behavior;
• Coordinate testing activities across different teams and phases of the development lifecycle;
• Report test results, document defects, and communicate testing progress to stakeholders;
• Participate in remote service delivery with occasional on-site meetings in Brussels.
  
  
  

What You Are:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written reporting abilities;
• Ability to integrate into international/multicultural environments and work effectively in team settings;
• Adaptability to fast-evolving technologies in application development;
• ISTQB certification is mandatory;
• Experience in medical insurance domain testing and knowledge of the Belgian medical insurance platform is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of testing technologies, tools, and techniques;
• Proven hands-on experience with manual testing and test management tools;
• Practical experience with the J2EE platform is essential;
• At least 3 years of experience with the WebdriverIO (WDIO) test framework;
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the Atlassian Suite, especially JIRA, for defect tracking;
• At least 3 years of experience in test data preparation using SQL and SQL Developer;
• Experience with front-end testing techniques and tools;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum;
• Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail.
