How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Lead strategic cloud transformation initiatives leveraging Cloud Technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure) for client success.
  • Design and implement Cloud Native Core and Automation architecture, including CI/CD, Test Automation, and Orchestration solutions.
  • Apply deep knowledge of Core Networks domain (PaCo, Voice Core, IMS Core) to enhance network performance and reliability.
  • Drive innovation in OSS/BSS, Orchestration, Network Assurance, AI Ops, and 5G slicing to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Engage with CxO and Director-level executives, fostering relationships that enhance client partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments to ensure successful project delivery and excellence.
  • Travel to customer sites in Europe and MEA, actively participating in hands-on engagements to facilitate on-the-ground transformations.

Key Skills And Experience

  • A BSc in Engineering or Computer Science is required, with an MBA preferred. Candidates should have 20+ years in Telecom/IT or 10+ years in management consulting, with a proven track record in large-scale cloud transformation and automation programs.
  • Strong financial acumen in Telco operations, business case development, and ROI analysis. Deep expertise in Cloud Technologies (Kubernetes, Cloud Native, AWS, GCP, Azure) and Cloud-Based Automation Architecture (CI/CD, Test Automation, Orchestration). Extensive knowledge of Core Networks (PaCo, Voice Core, IMS Core), OSS/BSS, 5G slicing, and AI Ops, with familiarity in TMF, ETSI, and 3GPP standards.
  • Proven experience leading cloud transformation and core network modernization. Adept at engaging CxO and Director-level executives, bridging technical and business discussions to drive strategic decisions. Skilled in digital transformation program execution, cross-functional collaboration, and high-impact stakeholder management.
  • An influential leader and mentor with exceptional communication skills. Proactive, customer-focused, and structured in problem-solving. Thrives in high-pressure environments with a global mindset and willingness to travel.
