How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Manage a portfolio of software application suppliers, ensuring strategic alignment and performance improvement.
- Drive end-to-end supplier management, including evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and contract execution.
- Prepare and facilitate RFP/RFQ processes to select new suppliers for emerging initiatives.
- Implement and monitor supplier domain strategies, optimizing license utilization and value delivery.
- Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and budget targets.
- Act as the primary escalation point for resolving supplier-related commercial issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to achieve technical and financial objectives for managed suppliers.
- Perform supplier analytics and reporting to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
You have:
- Strong understanding of Procurement processes and supplier strategies
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in Contract Management
- Proficiency in Procurement tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- 5 to 7 years of overall Business experience
- Knowledge of Digital Office Enterprise Applications domains
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Procurement
