Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager for telecom subsystems, specializing in transportation (metro & railways) and oil & gas projects. Responsibilities include concept and detailed design, integration, and delivery of optimized communications solutions. Ensures compliance with reliability, safety, security, EMC, and environmental standards while managing design, installation, and testing services for metro and mainline railway systems.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Main activities:

  • Designs and Validates the Solution within customer's environment (including end-user services and management) to ensure that all customer requirements, as defined in the contract, are covered.
  • Verifies and validates inter-operation of products / subsystems from multiple vendors through the execution of test plans,
  • Ensures that the solution performs as designed by validation /testing the functionality and by giving the basis for a final acceptance by the customer.
  • Manages technical relationships with 3rd party suppliers and Nokia internal suppliers to integrate the solution with existing networks, platforms, support and business systems.

Key Skills And Experience

Requirements:

  • Designs, installs, and delivers integrated communications systems for metros and railways, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Expertise in architecture and solution design for LTE, Wi-Fi, and TETRA
  • Broad experience in integrated communications systems (T2G, PAS, PIS, CCTV, Telephony, IT)
  • Network design and troubleshooting experience (certification preferred)
  • Knowledge of radio planning tools (desirable)
  • Willing to travel for field commissioning
