We are looking for a seasoned and skilled Senior Test Engineer to conduct feasibility studies, technical analysis, and feature specification, covering both functional and non-functional requirements. You will also support program planning, agile activities, and contribute to the open-source community within the BBSoC RCP Platform product suite.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
As a Senior Test Engineer in the RCP team, your role will include:
- Own test strategy, testability, and logging for a specific domain/product
- Optimize regression testing, evolve tools, simulators, and automation frameworks
- Verify technical interfaces, support feature screening, and ensure test case quality in CI
- Drive quality improvements (RCA/EDA) and process adjustments
- Define and maintain test automation strategy and roadmap
- Lead and mentor teams in test automation implementation
- Ensure test automation integrates fully into the CD pipeline
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering or Software Testing
- Strong expertise in C++, Golang, or Python, especially in testing and development
- Experience with Linux environments and scripting/coding in languages such as Python or Golang
- Understanding of processor architectures, embedded systems, and real-time systems
- Experience with agile software development, CI/CD, and DevOps strategies
- Knowledge of cloud runtime and bare-metal environments for embedded systems
- Familiarity with Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) principles, including Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., RedHat, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in test automation, verification, and quality assurance
