How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Accountable for the entire order to invoice activity, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Serve as the Point of Contact (PoC) for Market Operation CSuM, F&C, and BPO (Business Process Owner) management
- Trigger task creation for transactions and monitor timely completion
- Manage the ordering of products, including hardware, software, and services
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide order management support
- Support the end-to-end order to invoice process execution and provide timely updates
- Contribute towards the enhancement of overall quality of processes and guidelines, and adhere to Order Management processes, tools, and SOX compliance
You have :
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes, dedicated to meeting customer expectations
- Strong problem-solving abilities, flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
- Assertive communication skills, strong peer relationships, and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning, high level of integrity and trustworthiness
- Knowledge of the SAP environment, proficiency in MS Office, and preferably Power BI
- Relevant work experience in the area of listed job responsibilities
