Position Summary

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be a key driver of equipment reliability and continuous improvement. You will lead and support activities that ensure the performance, safety, and efficiency of our production systems. This includes developing predictive maintenance strategies, supporting root-cause analysis, and promoting best practices through training and documentation. Reporting to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will:

Your role:

  • Ensure equipment availability by executing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance
  • Perform first-level interventions in response to “Andons” and initiate corrective actions
  • Coordinate and ensure the correct operation and usage of machinery and production devices
  • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and root-cause methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.)
  • Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) by creating maintenance instructions, including autonomous maintenance for other departments
  • Manage corrective maintenance actions and support problem-solving related to process and quality issues
  • Lead equipment capability and strain studies using statistical tools (CMK, CPK)
  • Manage and monitor stock of spare parts

Your Background

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Electromechanics, or Mechanics
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience in a production or industrial maintenance environment
  • Good knowledge of maintenance tools and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in English
