Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to expert for SMB clients, helping them grow their businesses across multiple channels. Your responsibilities include:
Providing support via phone, email, and chat to help SMBs maximize their potential
Assisting SMB clients with self-service advertising solutions, ensuring they achieve their marketing goals
Delivering pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
Offering product and tool guidance to enhance the customer experience
Identifying trends and resolving challenges faced by multiple SMB clients
Acting as the voice of our customers—providing valuable insights and feedback to our engineering team

What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) and English C1
