The Challenge
Our Direct Retail teams have a real impact on PMI’s new mission: converting smokers to our revolutionary, smoke-free IQOS products. They’re at the forefront of our transformation as we roll out new stores and new retail formats. It’s an energized, exciting, engaging experience.

Your ‘day to day’
As a Store Manager you will embrace a huge challenge and responsibility: manage end-to-end delivery of exceptional and unique consumer experience, aligned to IQOS standards.
You will be responsible to guarantee all the procedures of the store management, coordinating and controlling all the main activities of customer service, team, product and results align with the values of the company and brand; Analyses – product, sales, and mystery client; Leading and developing store teams, training plan and follow up. Responsible to coordinate and supervise all the activities of the team of store specialists, focus on excellence consumer experience and executing the goals of the store.

Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail/Consumer contact;
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing teams and store operations in Direct Retail (preferential);
- University degree completed;
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English is a plus;
- Knowledge of retail or business systems (i.e.: MS Office);
- Customer-oriented mindset and focus in delivering an excellent customer experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Strong analytical capability and results driven;
- Action oriented and problem-solving mindset;
- Collaborative working attitude.
