SEO & Content Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

At Körber, we bring together pioneering technology and collaborative talent to solve challenges across industries. As part of our in-house digital agency team, we’re looking for an SEO & Content Marketing Manager to help elevate our content strategy and organic reach.

In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of SEO strategies with a strong focus on content creation and performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional experts in brand, digital marketing, creative, and development to craft compelling content that drives visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Your role


  • Translate business needs into impactful, search-optimized content across owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with the SEO & Content Marketing Lead to define and implement content and on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Plan, write, and optimize conversion-focused content for landing pages, blog articles, sales funnels, and other web properties.
  • Develop topic clusters and long-form content in collaboration with subject-matter experts to support organic visibility and lead generation.
  • Support the SEO & Content team in developing and executing broader content marketing strategies that align with business goals, audience needs, and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Monitor SEO and content KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct SEO audits and content gap analyses to identify and address performance opportunities.
  • Optimize existing content in our CMS for structure, metadata, internal linking, and user intent.
  • Ensure content is aligned with accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with Brand, Creative, and Content teams to transform raw input into concise, user-focused copy that supports our tone of voice and business goals.
  • Contribute to integrated campaigns by crafting digital-first copy for paid ads, social media and email marketing.


Your profile


  • 2–5 years of experience in SEO and digital content creation—either in-house or at an agency.
  • Strong background in writing and editing content for digital channels, with a flair for storytelling and brand tone.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them to content strategy.
  • Experience working across content formats (text, video scripts, podcasts, visuals, etc.) and platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and a basic understanding of HTML/metadata optimization.
  • Able to collaborate with technical and creative teams and translate complex topics into digestible content.
  • Excellent command of English (fluent level); German is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with website unification/migration projects is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with content for paid media or marketing automation platforms.
