Accounting, Tax & Legal Technician Portugal

Key Responsibilities

• Control and reconciliations of certain accounting items and official books.
• Day to day and submission/compliance of the company's taxes.
• Support in monthly internal reports.
• Legal support and feedback to the Company as chartered accountant (Contabilista certificado).

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Education level:· Degree in Business Administration and Business Management, Economics or equivalent (Contabilista Certificado).
· Fluent in Portuguese. Spanish and English would be a plus.
· High level in the management of the Office package.
· Experience with JDE Edwards would be a plus.

Experience:
· Some experience in Portuguese finance departments as Chartered Accountant (Contabilista Certificado) preferably in international companies. COMPETENCE AND SKILLS· Working under pressure and meeting deadlines. · Good Interpersonal skills.· Proactivity in the use of IT tools to improve processes and efficiency· Spirit of continuous improvement in the area.· Precise and rigorous in the output of her/his work.
