Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding support across various communication channels
- Help customers with account setup, verification, login issues, and payment procedures
- Quickly and professionally troubleshoot technical problems
- Serve as a reliable contact point, particularly for clients in the sports sector
- Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication
- Adhere to internal guidelines and maintain high service standards
- Recommend process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
