The role requires understanding team dynamics and close collaboration with Product and Customer Success teams.Key qualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in Software Test Engineering, including:Experience in software quality and configuration management.Knowledge of testing methods and processes, with experience in verification and validation (Smoke and Regression testing).Monitoring and tracking software quality issues (defect flow model, technical debt).Documenting test results.Experience in manual testing with a focus on automation.Ensuring effective test execution and continuous workflow improvement.Translating acceptance criteria, product designs, and functional details into test cases.Exceptional attention to detail.Experience with JIRA for creating test cycles and bug reporting.Must haveExperience with Agile methodologies (e.G., Scrum, Kanban).Experience with Git and GitFlow.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.Problem-solving skills.Knowledge of CI/CD processes and their integration into the test cycle.Experience with test automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.API testing with tools like Postman.Collaboration in debugging
