Your Role In Our Team
- Plan, execute and monitor the complete purchasing process – from project requirements analysis until purchase delivery – for mechanical parts, materials and subcontracts, according to the company’s policies, assuring optimum technical-commercial proposals, namely in value and quality.
- Analyze and determine project’s requirements, cooperating with other Departments;
- Procure new and manage existing suppliers for mechanical parts, catalog materials, equipment or services;
- Submit, analyze and negotiate Supplying Proposal Requests;
- Execute and monitor the purchasing process.
- Degree in a industrial related Engineering course (e.g. Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Materials Engineering);
- Experience in purchasing/procurement functions - minimum 1 year;
- Work experience in industrial metalworks manufacturing and assembly is a plus;
- Proficient interpret of mechanical engineering technical drawings;
- Strong negotiation and purchasing skills, focused on Category / Suppliers Management and mechanical subcontracting;
- English fluent, both verbal and written;
- MS Office proficient, especially MS Excel;
- User knowledge of ERPs (SAP is a plus);
- Dynamic team player with proactive and resilient personality.
