As a Customer Care Representative, youll be the first point of contact for our valued French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their coffee machines. Whether its troubleshooting, guiding through maintenance, or helping with order tracking, youll deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.
What Youll Do:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from French-speaking customers
- Provide expert assistance regarding coffee machine features, usage, maintenance, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot problems and offer practical, clear solutions
- Track orders, manage returns, and assist with warranty claims
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand loyalty
- Record customer interactions accurately using internal tools
- Collaborate with team members and managers to improve service quality
- Fluent in French (C1 or higher) and confident in English (B1+)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
- Passion for coffee and enthusiasm for helping people
