You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a PostgreSQL Database Administrator or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture, administration, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with database backup and recovery techniques
• Familiarity with database security principles and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, both in Portuguese and English
• Experience with other database systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) is a plus
• Experience with C# is a Plus
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Residence Card.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of the organization in Agile mode;
• PostgreSQL certification (e.g., Certified PostgreSQL Associate, Certified PostgreSQL Professional)
• Experience with PostgreSQL High Availability solutions (e.g., Replication, Clustering)
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL monitoring and management tools (e.g., pgAdmin, pg_stat_monitor)
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL extensions and advanced features (e.g., PostGIS, JSONB)
