Responsibilities:

  • Application support for IT services (Time management application) & other Digital People Solutions platforms.
  • Incident Management - Provider Controlling.
  • Incident resolution within supported applications (incidents, queries & service requests).
  • End-to-end customer experience providing a single point-of-contact.
  • Document all relevant application support information e.g. Creation of use cases, identifying improvements/old documentation.
  • Knowledge sharing inside the team regarding the applications and supported activities.

You must have:

  • Fluent in English and German (required).
  • Experience in Help Desk / Application Support including handling with Incident Management Tools.
  • Experience in technical analysis regarding IT applications.
  • Experience in provider-based services is a plus (SaaS).
  • Relevant ServiceNow experience is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build a positive relationship with partners to achieve a common goal.
  • IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
  • Fluent in English and German (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
  • Availability to go to the office, once a week.
