Responsibilities:
- Application support for IT services (Time management application) & other Digital People Solutions platforms.
- Incident Management - Provider Controlling.
- Incident resolution within supported applications (incidents, queries & service requests).
- End-to-end customer experience providing a single point-of-contact.
- Document all relevant application support information e.g. Creation of use cases, identifying improvements/old documentation.
- Knowledge sharing inside the team regarding the applications and supported activities.
- Fluent in English and German (required).
- Experience in Help Desk / Application Support including handling with Incident Management Tools.
- Experience in technical analysis regarding IT applications.
- Experience in provider-based services is a plus (SaaS).
- Relevant ServiceNow experience is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build a positive relationship with partners to achieve a common goal.
- IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
- Fluent in English and German (speaking, reading, and writing).
- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
- Availability to go to the office, once a week.
