We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Braga. This is an on-site role, perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and looking to grow in a professional and friendly environment.

Position: Customer Service Representative – French Speaker

Location: Braga, Portugal (On-Site)

Contract: Permanent (3-Month Trial Period)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:30 (Rotational Shifts)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in French (C2 level required)
  • Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Follow internal procedures and meet quality standards and KPIs


Requirements:

  • Fluent French speaker (C2 level mandatory)
  • Good command of English B2 (for internal communication)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
  • Availability to work on rotational shifts from Monday to Friday
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
