We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Braga. This is an on-site role, perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and looking to grow in a professional and friendly environment.

Location: Braga, Portugal (On-Site)
Contract: Permanent (3-Month Trial Period)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:30 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in French (C2 level required)
- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Follow internal procedures and meet quality standards and KPIs
- Fluent French speaker (C2 level mandatory)
- Good command of English B2 (for internal communication)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
- Availability to work on rotational shifts from Monday to Friday
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
- Permanent contract (after a successful 3-month trial)
- Fixed Monday to Friday schedule – weekends off
