Are you a maestro at fitting the pieces together? If your brain thrives on solving the unsolvable and your hands craft insights with Power BI, join us to create the masterpiece! WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Connect, clean and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query Build efficient and scalable data models (star schema, fact/dimension tables) Write DAX measures to create KPIs and apply business logic Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reports Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to support data governance policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Power BI ecosystem (Desktop & Service) Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language) Solid understanding of analytical data modeling and relationships Experience with ETL processes and integrating data from different sources Knowledge of SQL Fluent in English WE ALSO VALUE Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Analytical mindset with great attention to detail Ability to translate business needs into clear, effective data solutions A proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn OUR OFFER INCLUDES Attractive compensation plan Hybrid working model in Portugal Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative and innovative environment Continuous development of the skills of our employees (training plan and certification tailored to each employee) New office with great work and leisure environment (Food Court, Padel Court, Gym, Table Tennis, among others) Work-life balance EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION AND PURPOSE We are an inclusive company, where all our candidates have equal opportunities and are treated in a fair and non-discriminatory way.
