- Assist customers in German via phone, email, and chat
- Offer helpful, product-specific information tailored to each client
- Handle questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
- Remote work flexibility work comfortably from anywhere in Portugal
