Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate video content, user complaints, and copyright-related submissions
• Maintain and update platform content
• Audit social media uploads to ensure they meet community and legal guidelines
• Meet performance targets (KPIs)
• Uphold accuracy and client compliance standards
• Protect customer data and maintain process integrity
• Support customers and the internal team professionally and effectively
  
  
  

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in German (C1) and intermediate English (B2)
• Strong digital skills and computer proficiency
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Previous content moderation or similar experience is an advantage
• Associate degree or equivalent education preferred
