Are you passionate about travel and ready to help customers plan unforgettable cruise experiences? We’re hiring German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Agents for an exciting opportunity supporting a prestigious cruise line.
This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in the northern regions of Portugal — from Coimbra upwards. Candidates outside this area will not be considered. Please note that relocation packages are not provided.

Position Overview:
- Role: Customer Service & Sales Agent (German-speaking)
- Location: Remote in Portugal (Coimbra and north only)
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Occasionally: availability until 19:00 may be required
- 2 rotational days off per week
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise
- Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades
- Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
- Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
- Experience in sales is mandatory – ideally in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a structured remote schedule
- Resides in Coimbra or further north in Portugal (strict requirement)
