- Responding to customer queries via phone, chat, and email in German
- Providing clear information about products and services to meet client needs
- Handling issues or complaints calmly and professionally
- Ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, high-quality service experience
- Recommending relevant services or solutions when appropriate
- Fully remote position enjoy the flexibility of working from home

- Rotating schedule (5 working days per week)

- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
