Job Description

Our development teams will be split to multiple scrum teams, each with their own LPO who helps them plan and prioritise on a day-to-day basis. An Area Product Owner (APO) will focus on higher level planning and deliverables, and coordinates with the LPOs. Together, the product owners help plan related work for their teams, collaborating with others in a global multi-site environment.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

As part of our team, your responsibilities will be: 

  • Accountable for the team's JIRA backlog, reviews, and sets priorities
  • Manages pipeline and team efficiency
  • Plans, executes, and reports tests for legacy features
  • Defines User Stories as an Agile team member
  • Ensures Definition of Done (DoD) and declares backlog items as done
  • Coordinates dependencies with other Agile teams
  • Participates in PO Sync to discuss relevant topics with PM and other POs

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Several years of experience in software development domain
  • Experience in project management in global R&D environment 
  • Understanding of LTE/5G system and L1 technology area
  • Understanding of the benefits of agile SW development and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices

We also appreciate the following:

  • Signal processing or physical layer processing or real time platform services & Linux experience.
  • Background in managing product quality
  • Understanding of Nokia RAN R&D and related product creation processes and tools
