Mission: Ensure the reception of guests according to the standards of quality and consistency of service. Welcome guests making them feel at home and special.

Job Description

  • Receive and greet the guest in a polite and warm manner;
  • Direct guests to their rooms;
  • Transporting luggage to and from the rooms and/or designated bell area;
  • Provide information about the hotel as well as information regarding available services;
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors;
  • Support reception whenever necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong sense of customer orientation;
  • Good appearance;
  • Driving license.

Education/Professional Experience

  • Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);
  • Previous experience as welcome team member (preferably).

Language Skills

  • Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
