Job Description

We seek an experienced Senior Techno-Functional Expert to support the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM platform in the following role:

  • Solution Expert – Recruitment & Onboarding: Hands-on expertise in Recruitment & Onboarding processes, self-service tools, offer letter creation, data loads, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract, Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, and Oracle Guided Learning. CSS, HTML, JavaScript and SQL are a plus.

  • Ensure timely, effective solution delivery
  • Advise on best practices and solution options
  • Contribute to areas like CoreHR, Compensation, Talent, or Reporting

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • 3–7 years of experience with SaaS-based HR solutions, ideally Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM
  • Strong technical skills in analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • HR process knowledge and industry best practices
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong teamwork in a global environment

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience configuring Oracle HCM modules (CoreHR, Compensation, or Talent)
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
