- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience as an Application Support Engineer
- Experience supporting IBM mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL, IMS)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, XL Deploy, and XL Release
- Experience configuring SaaS applications based on business needs
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (C1 Level) and French (bonus)
- Availability for a hybrid work model, in Porto (Portugal)
