As an HR Platforms Trainee, you'll play a vital role in supporting the HR Digital Team and managing our Human Resources platforms. You would be one crucial connection between HR and IT, ensuring seamless integration and communication between the areas and playing a key role in making HR automation and digitalization a reality within our organization

Job Description
As an HR Platforms Trainee, you'll play a vital role in supporting the HR Digital Team and managing our Human Resources platforms. You would be one crucial connection between HR and IT, ensuring seamless integration and communication between the areas and playing a key role in making HR automation and digitalization a reality within our organization
In your new role, you will:
- Support the Release Management process on various HR Platforms
- Analyze and handle feedback on the platforms, focusing on continuous improvement
- Assist in preparing stakeholder presentations
- Support the implementation and configurations on the platforms (e.g., setting up automations, workflows, ...)
We're looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a structured, self-driven working style. You should be a fast learner, curious about technology development and automation solutions for HR, and comfortable taking responsibility
You are best equipped for this job if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree and an affinity for technology
- Good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
- A customer-centered approach
- A fluent level of English. German would be a plus
