Headquartered in Latvia (EU), we work with clients and partners in over 150 countries — helping industries like mining, construction, and geospatial mapping make smarter, safer decisions with powerful aerial data.
We're growing fast, and we're looking for a driven B2B Sales Manager to drive sales in Spanish-speaking markets, with a strong focus on LATAM.
What you'll be doingLead cycle B2B sales of integrated drone systems (hardware + software)Manage direct and partner sales, build channel relationshipsGrow new and existing accounts across Spanish-speaking countriesUse modern tools to drive outbound: CRM, automation, social selling, emailCollaborate closely with marketing, product, and tech teamsStay plugged into industry trends and customer feedbackWho we're looking for3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech, hardware, software (SaaS), drone, or geospatial spaceFluent in Spanish + English (C1+)You've worked with LATAM clients or partners, and know how to navigate those marketsYou're comfortable hunting for leads, running demos, closing dealsConfident with CRM tools and managing your pipelineBonus: experience in mining, construction, geophysical or hydrography sectorsDegree in tech/engineering field preferredWork-time setupRemote role.
Our team works on Latvian time (GMT+3), so we ask for 4-5 hours of daily time overlap for smooth collaboration.
