The role - Data Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

As a Data Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining ETL pipelines, ensuring efficient data integration, transformation, and reporting to support business decision-making. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Support and improve existing ETL workflows, assisting in the migration to Azure while following cloud best practices
• Assist in managing and optimizing BI platforms, such as SAP BusinessObjects and Power BI, ensuring efficient reporting and promoting self-service analytics
• Monitor and support data synchronization and event processing applications, ensuring data availability for business users
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize data integration and reporting solutions.
  
  

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or BI solutions
• Knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, Data Modelling) and Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse Analytics, Logic Apps)
• Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects
• Some experience with Python or .NET (C#) for custom ETL logic
• Understanding of REST APIs and data synchronization concepts
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
