YOUR ROLE

• Lead the development team in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
• Develop custom solutions and user interfaces using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
• Provide detailed effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate associated benefits and risks.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to design standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and support manuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce system aligns with the company’s business processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features to provide guidance on best practices.
• Mentor and oversee the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and managing development teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development and architectural best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator).
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
