We are looking for a BI Operations Engineer to join our team for an International Project. Mandatory Requirements:

We are looking for a BI Operations Engineer to join our team for an International Project. Mandatory Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of PowerBI
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to BI platforms, with focus on Power BI, Tableau
- Familiarity with fundamental concepts of platform management and user administration
- Experience in configuring and customizing platforms according to business requirements
- Experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution in complex environments following ITIL principles
- Deep understanding of IT systems, platform security, and data protection regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify platform performance issues, diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
- Experience collaborating with internal technical teams and support experts
- Knowledge of automating operational processes to improve efficiency
- Ability to identify synergies and potentials and provide advisory support
- Fluency in written and spoken English Plus:
- Practical experience with Qlik (on prem and cloud)
- Experience with multi-national teams
- German skills Work Regime: 100% remote from Portugal (Can work remotely from any region of Portugal. The consultant must live in Portugal) What we offer:
