Your role in our team

Analysing Production Planning & Control, Internal Logistics and Assembly processes; Identifying opportunities for improvement using tools such as Lean / Kaizen, TOC, Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying existing waste (Mudas); Designing the VSM of the processes analysed with the team and developing actions that translate into results (Reduction in hours/employee; Reduction in Lead Times);
• Development of Standardised Work using Kaizen/Lean tools
• Development of the visual management system - Visual Factory
  
  
  

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineer;
• Proactive;
• Communicator with an interest in the sector;
• Resilient;
• Analytical;
• Knowledge of Lean / Kaizen, Operations Management, Kanban, Total Flow Management, TOC.
