Your Responsibilities
- Independent planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audit reviews according to the audit plan;
- Participation in complex, partly international audit projects;
- Preparation of meaningful audit reports with practical recommendations for action;
- Presentation and communication of results to the audited units;
- Follow-up on agreed actions and evaluation of their implementation;
- Active participation in internal projects and further development of audit processes;
- Support and advice for departments on internal control system (ICS) related questions;
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of our governance structures;
- General support within the team;
- Degree in business administration or law (with a business focus);
- Initial professional experience in Internal Audit, ideally in an international setting;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German or any other language skills are beneficial;
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP, IDEA, or similar tools is an advantage;
- Strong analytical thinking, deep process understanding, and quick comprehension;
- Team-oriented and conscientious working style;
- Excellent communication skills combined with high intercultural and social competence;
- Willingness to travel internationally.
