As a Field Sales Key Account Representative, youll support Lenovos Mid Market sales team in Portugal. Youll build and maintain strong customer relationships, acquire new business, and execute go-to-market strategies through a hybrid model of phone and in-person engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with mid-market customers in a designated territory
  • Execute regular customer visits and phone outreach to drive sales
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with Lenovos channel sales teams and business partners
  • Enable key channel partners through coordination and support
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product development
  • Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking
  • Foster teamwork and a positive internal collaboration environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or tech industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building expertise
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese highly preferable
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Willingness to travel within the territory
