- Assist customers across multiple channels, addressing their inquiries regarding subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics.
- Deliver clear and effective solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while supporting customers through their concerns.

You’re a great fit if you:
- Are native or C2-level proficient in French.
- Can communicate clearly and efficiently in a customer support environment.
- On-site position in Porto, Portugal.
- Monday to Saturday rotating shifts, between 7 AM - 7 PM.
- Private medical insurance after 4 months.
- Transportation reimbursement of up to €40 per month.
- Open exclusively to local candidates (residing around Porto).
