Job Description

As a Reporting and Project Trainee, you can develop your career in a dynamic and innovative environment at Infineon Technologies Business Solutions in Porto! You will be part of the Delivery Excellence Team, focusing on performance management.

In your new role, you will:

• Support automation initiatives within Delivery Excellence areas of scope
• Collaborate with the team to ensure reporting enablement and Front-End development using Business Intelligence tools
• Support the Performance Reporting platform and manage its maintenance, continuous improvement, and updates
• Contribute to the technical landscape setup to enhance global GFS reporting
  
  

Your Profile

You think analytically and detail-oriented, having a structured, self-driven working style and accepting responsibility. You have excellent communication skills in an intercultural surrounding, communicating openly, and clearly. You are a fast learner, eager to develop your knowledge.

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• High-quality standards for your work and good stakeholder management
• Affinity for learning new tools and technologies, where knowledge of Tableau, SQL, or Python is a plus
• A fluent level of English
