Job Description

As a Facility & Real Estate Specialist for Security Topics, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a subject matter expert on physical security, providing consultancy and support to various multidisciplinary projects across the organization landscape. Your expertise will be leveraged to ensure that physical security considerations are integrated into projects and initiatives, and that the company's assets and personnel are adequately protected.

You will work on a wide variety of projects, including but not limited to:

• New construction and renovation projects
• Security system upgrades and installations
• Emergency response and business continuity planning
• Compliance and regulatory initiatives
  
  

In your new role you will:

• Consultation on Security Concepts, Access Control, On-site Security and Reception services: Providing consulting services to Infineon locations across the world on physical security and security-relevant processes
• Collaboration in Multidisciplinary Projects: Participating in projects led by other functional areas to offer specialized knowledge and skills on physical security topics
• Security Concept Development and Implementation Support: Creating technical security concepts considering the specific needs and risks of each site
• Testing and Quality Management: Supporting the acceptance tests, including testing the functionality of installed security components
• Documentation: Supporting the creation of global security standards for physical security topics and documenting processes
• Audit and Compliance: Assist in external audit processes to ensure that Infineon's physical security measures comply with the required standards and regulations (e.g. GSMA, Common Criteria, C-TPAT, TSAX)
• System Evaluation: Evaluating new security systems and technology, along with IT and FM, to identify potential improvements and market trends
• Supporting the overall goals of the CRE department by sharing knowledge, expertise, and resources
  
  

Your Profile

You are highly motivated with a hands-on approach to work and have excellent problem-solving skills. You have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude and are able to establish a successful collaboration with people across different levels and functions of the organization. Moreover, you have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge and providing guidance to others.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or in a similar field of studies
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems, technologies, and compliance requirements, including hardware, software, and audit standards
• Knowledge of badge management, access, surveillance and intrusion security systems (such as WinGuard, Lenel, Siport, Honeywell, and others), would be an advantage
• Experience in technical writing and communication of technical details to various audience groups
• Vision for innovation and continuous improvement in developing scalable, future-oriented security concepts
• Fluency in English
