Remote Customer Care Supervisor with an Ecommerce Corporation (Dutch Language)
What You Can Expect
As a Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire teams of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), helping them thrive and exceed performance targets. You'll play a key role in fostering a supportive, motivating, and educational environment that drives quality, client satisfaction, and overall team success. By offering guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support, you'll help create a positive atmosphere that empowers your team to perform at their best.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will proactively work to maintain service levels that maximize team productivity, ensuring the achievement of operational goals. With a focus on initiative and accountability, you'll lead weekly T4I (Team for Involvement, Improvement, Innovation, Increased KSAT) meetings and provide valuable real-time support to CSRs during transactions. You will implement company-wide strategies, actively contribute to continuous improvement, and foster innovation across both the department and the company. You'll propose fresh, creative ideas for enhancing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and meeting key operational standards like GDPR and Information Security. As part of your role, you'll be a driving force in shaping the teams growth and success.
What You'll Need
To excel in this role, fluency in written and spoken Dutch is essential. A Higher Education Degree is preferred, and for internal candidates, completion of the JUMP certification for supervisors is required. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey clear, impactful messages. Attention to detail is key to ensuring accurate and complete information.
