Inserted within the maintenance area, the objective will be to support the team of maintenance technicians and the respective leadership of the area, through a set of activities and structural responsibilities of the maintenance management system, fundamental to achieving the ultimate goal of providing maintenance services under optimal conditions of safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity
Responsibilities And Duties
Define and maintain, with the support of maintenance technicians, the instructions for autonomous or preventive maintenance work. Define and maintain, with the support of the team of maintenance technicians and/or process engineers, the equipment manuals and standards. Define and maintain, with the support of maintenance technicians and/or process engineers, the standards and procedures for diagnosing faults within the corrective maintenance process. Update and analyze the KPIs of the maintenance area. Plan preventive maintenance interventions with the maintenance and production teams. Define, with the support of the team, the internal processes and procedures of the team. Conduct audits on the execution of autonomous maintenance according to the established plan. Maintain the base data in SAP for elements associated with maintenance. Actively participate in continuous improvement activities in the area. Actively participate in problem-solving activities. Actively participate in the improvement of the maintenance management system. Comply with environmental, health, and safety at work, quality, and productivity standards. Respect the safety and cleanliness rules of the workplace. Ensure the maintenance, cleaning, and conservation of the workplace. Comply with environmental, energy efficiency, health and safety at work, quality, and productivity standards. Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations Code of Ethics, practice, and schedule. Respect the safety and cleanliness rules of the workplace. Respect and comply with the rules of the Environmental Management Policy, Energy Efficiency, Health and Safety at Work. Required Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- 12th grade in a related technical area (Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electricity), or a degree in Engineering or a related area.
- Knowledge of machine operation (mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, electricity, etc.) (valued)
- Knowledge in the context of production line in the automotive industry (valued)
- Computer skills (Office) from a user perspective
- Knowledge of SAP (valued)
- User-level computer skills (knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Solid knowledge of English
