Verisure (in Portugal known as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate Group Oracle ERP Intern to support our growing Center of Excellence (CoE) servicing all Verisure operations across 18 countries in Europe and LATAM. The role will be a key member of the ERP Center of Excellence Team with critical impact on the business. Extensive internal and external training will be provided to ensure optimal employee development.

Responsibilities will include, among others:

• CoE structure support on control of tickets management, analysis and resolution related to the ERP support model, coordinating workflow with 1st (functional team) and 2nd (technical resolution team) support levels

• ERP process monitorization and distribute project CoE administrative reports

• Provide in-depth Oracle ERP cloud functional knowledge to support best practices application, changes, updates and releases

• Gap and analysis with key stakeholders and process owners

• Support on integration enhancements between Oracle ERP Cloud and other legacy systems

• Conduct functional training and provide business process documentation to stakeholders, validators and end users considering the approved Blueprints

• Configuration of ERP Cloud SCM & Procurement modules, design custom dashboards and BI reports

• University Degree, preferably Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/Management, Information Management, etc.

• Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish, Portuguese and/or French desirable
