- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product details, order issues, and general support.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues as needed.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and solid communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Must be available to work on-site in Braga.
