The role of Solution Architect is within our Customer Services (CS) Team. The CS team covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- You will work as e2e Security DevOps Architect for complex Security Products & Solutions like NetGuard Security Product Suite (NIAM, NACM, NCM, NCLM, NEDR, NSMC etc).
- Interface with end customer, solution team, PLM, R&D, CSF and other stakeholders for leading all technical discussions related to solution, feasibility analysis, architecture, design, dimensioning and other technical queries.
- Provide technical leadership in e2e delivery of Digital Trust projects and PoCs and guide team technically for development, deployment, migration, upgrades, system integration, system verification, UAT and Go Live etc.
- Guide team technically for adapter, plugin, use case development and integration.
- Perform software evaluations and testing of new and existing security solutions.
- Provide support for pre-sales, solution feasibility analysis, estimation, scoping and costing.
- Work with the Security team to support the delivery of offers using a combination of local and Global teams and external subcontractors.
- 5+ years of experience in Requirement Analysis, Solution Architecture, Design and SW Development capabilities.
- Experience in developing best in class Requirement Definition, High level design, Dimensioning, Low level design, SW, Solution Validation Strategy and Test Plans (including test cases for integration, system, reliability, stability and performance).
- Able to work in different time-zones based on assignment requirement.
- Containerization and Orchestration: experience in designing, implementing and managing containerized applications using Docker for packaging as well as maintaining Kubernetes clusters for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized workloads.
- Cloud Services Management: experience in deploying, configuring, and managing cloud services and resources on platforms like Azure, AWS.
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Gitlab CI/CD or AWS Code Build, Code pipeline, Code deploy or Azure Pipelines.
- Infrastructure Automation: experience in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Security Integration: experience in integrating security practices into the development process, including secure coding, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments with tools like SonarQube, OPA gatekeeper, Nessus, Jfrog Xray.
- Monitoring & Performance: experience in maintain monitoring and alerting solutions for infrastructure, applications, and services (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system performance.
- SLI, SLO, and SLA Definition: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define Service Level Indicators (SLIs), which are quantitative measures of service performance. Establish clear Service Level Objectives (SLOs) that specify the target level of reliability for each service based on SLIs. Document and communicate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders, outlining the agreed-upon reliability and performance commitments.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as & when required to support Business.
- Scripting & Automation: writing scripts and automation tools using languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Automated Testing: experience in automate testing and ensure the quality of software using Cucumber/Robot testing automation frameworks etc
