Enrich the patient experience by working closely with the IFT to drive CLM engagement and customization, while acting as the Brand Team channel expert to guide campaign development and insight gathering across all stakeholder groups. Create interactive and customized materials while supporting insights gathering through research & stakeholder visits
Qualifications
Key - Responsibilities
IFT Alignment:
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with HCP and non HCP stakeholders (e.g. in-field visits)
- Implement segmentation with IFT, develop segment profiles and drive development of customised materials to each target segments
- Regularly monitor use and effectiveness of in field materials and propose improvements to Marketing & IFT colleagues
- Develop & propose Marketing inputs to the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus
- Provide input to (or manage) forecasting and KPI monitoring; support budget planning and tracking for Marketing team activities
- Operate within the guidance of all appropriate division and statutory business and regulatory requirements, including Ethics, Compliance and Code of Business conduct procedures and protocols

- Has strong customer understanding for all customer and stakeholder types and effectively tailors messages to target audience
- Effectively manages projects and team members to ensure successful delivery of Marketing-led initiatives

- Takes ownership of work and effectively delegates tasks, working with other functions and teams as appropriate
- Effectively communicates and influences all external/internal stakeholders
- Develops and nurtures innovation/ lateral thinking, able to develop appropriate solutions to complex problems
- Supports (or manages) forecasting and KPI tracking activities, leveraging strong analytical skills
- Understands the market, the full range of customer and stakeholder needs as well as issues related to the therapy area
- The healthcare environment and evolving landscape
- Channel mix techniques
- Financial processes & business acumen
- Competition, customer base, reimbursement and market access processes/issues
- Pharmaceutical industry business, policies and procedures
- English language (fluent)
- Principles of and opportunities for conducting market research
- Marketing experience, ideally a diverse blend of healthcare and other industries (consumer, media, digital etc.)
- Experience of working in other functions preferred, including sales experience (any industry)
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent (higher degrees or marketing qualifications preferred)
