Role Overview:

As an Italian Customer Agent, you'll provide excellent service to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat. You'll collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and handle cases and errands from our main queue, chat, and mail: You'll be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and requests received through various channels, including our main queue, chat platform, and email system.
• Handling questions from customers: You'll provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
• Handling complaints: In the event of customer complaints, you'll listen attentively to their concerns, empathize with their situation, and work towards finding a suitable resolution, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the interaction.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

C1/C2 proficiency in Italian

B2/C1 proficiency in English
