We are currently looking for a proactive junior candidate that will report directly to the Country Manager Portugal and support directly the sales team. The position will be based in our great location in Santa Iria and you will work in a Hybrid working way (3 days minimum at the office in our office in Santa Iria).

About the position  

The responsibilities of this role include providing comprehensive support to our Sales Team by managing all back-office tasks related to customer service and operations. You will be responsible for analyzing Sell Out and Sell In data to identify trends and opportunities. Additionally, you will play a key role in pricing control activities, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in our market offerings. Responding promptly to customer needs and inquiries will be essential, as well as collaborating with the team to develop effective promotional plans with a focus on ROI and profitability. Your support will extend to internal systems management, assisting our Key Account Managers (KAM) in navigating and optimizing our operational processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales efforts through meticulous data analysis and proactive customer service. So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

We are looking for a qualified candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Management, ideally with an IT component, to join our team as an Integrated Business Analyst. This position is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of relevant working experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks independently. Strong communication skills are a must, enabling effective interaction at all organizational levels within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and experience with agile methodologies. Fluency in English is required for this position.
