As a Software Engineering Team Lead you will develop end-to-end modern applications for their high traffic. You will be leading a team of Software Engineers by developing their skills and improving the team's performance. We are looking for an experienced engineer with a can-do attitude, eager to take initiatives and lead by example. You will bring your expert skills in developing and testing distributed applications with Microsoft web technologies, as well as your experience in coaching other Software Engineers to reach their full potential. Software Engineering Team Lead Required Skills/Experience: People management and leadership of a team of around 6 software engineers Working with cross-discipline partners to plan and commit to roadmap deliverables and service agreements. Coaching and mentoring team members and peers Provide technical knowledge and insight to colleagues. Ensure the team's approach to testing is fit for purpose. Ensure integration of the software with monitoring and support tools. Review and give constructive feedback on others' code.
