Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support Excellence: As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor, your primary role is to provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients in the banking sector. Utilize various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat to assist clients with inquiries, provide guidance on banking products or services, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  2. Banking Assistance: Assist clients with banking-related queries, including account inquiries, transaction assistance, and product information. Collaborate with internal teams or banking specialists to ensure accurate and timely assistance to clients.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our banking products and services to provide accurate information and support to clients. Stay updated on banking regulations, policies, and industry trends to deliver informed assistance.
  4. Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed to ensure timely resolution and client retention.
  5. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement in our banking services. Document feedback and collaborate with relevant teams to implement measures and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the banking industry, is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
