Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development and execution of test automation strategies, frameworks, and processes.

• Collaborate with teams from different departments to identify and implement quality improvements.

• Evaluate system requirements and design test plans to ensure flawless execution.

• Develop and implement automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.

• Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and provide appropriate solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and adopt effective strategies to enhance our QA processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in test automation and QA.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing test automation frameworks and strategies.

• Strong expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

• Familiarity with the various stages of software development and experience with agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to strictly adhere to deadlines.

• Proficient in fostering effective communication and collaboration.
