Your Main Activities Are

  • Support DRIVE Management
    • Monitor DRIVE projects/programs: project/program status reporting, quality assurance, budget coordination
    • as Committee Secretary for some of the DRIVE management meetings: set-up the meetings, collect the information, prepare the deck, minute the decisions
    • Answer ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Support DRIVE Project Managers
    • Provide operational support to DRIVE community: project management, resource onboarding, training, other adhoc support
    • Ensure continuous improvement: set project standards, create/update the project templates
  • Work as an Project Management analyst in some DRIVE projects
  • Reporting line to the Head of DRIVE PMO Lisbon

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management/ Economics or Engineering
  • Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
  • Knowlege in:
    • Organization and strategy
    • Financial Markets
    • Operations and processes
    • Office Pack
  • Skills
    • Analytical Ability
    • Ability to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training

About the Team

  • DRIVE is specifically under Global Markets – IT & Operations (GM ITO), and is at the heart of Global Markets (GM) and Asset/Liability Management & Treasury (ALMT), contributing to alignment between Front Office and Functions
  • Project Managers within DRIVE play the role of architects of the GM / ALMT Value Chain, working for vertical (Front-Office to accounting) or transversal (across several FO business lines or users groups or locations/entities) projects, especially for their implementation phase
  • The DRIVE PMO team is located in Lisbon, Portugal and the main mandate is to support DRIVE Management and DRIVE Project Managers worldwide
